Fire erupted inside a garment manufacturing factory in New Karachi area of the metropolis here on Wednesday night that also engulfed nearby buildings. Rescue missions are underway to control the fire carrying out by various teams of fire fighters rushed at the site immediately.
No casualty was reported in the incident so far. However, fire fighters complained to face difficulties to control the dangerous fire due to heavy smoke cloud covered whole area.
Rescue sources said that three floors of the building engulfed by fire while all fire tenders of the city were called up at the affected site.
