LAHORE: PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif has said that the emergence of a new audio clip of former chief justice Saqib Nisar shows how Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz were targeted as part of a grand scheme to keep them out of political process.
Taking to Twitter on Monday, Shehbaz Sharif said: Time has come to right the wrongs inflicted on them. The nation looks forward to justice system.”

On the other hand, former chief justice Saqib Nisar had denied the alleged audio tape attributed to himself.
He said that the voice in the audio clip is not his. He added that the audio attributed to him is fake. I have never given any instructions to anyone in this regard, the former chief justice said.
Speaking to the Geo News, Saqib Nisar said he was thinking to take a legal action.
