ISLAMABAD: Federal Science Minister Fawad Chaudhry has said that Nawaz Sharif should not tried under the charges of high treason despite his hard talk.
Speaking on a local TV programme, the federal minister said that the former prime minister was acting on a strategy to prove himself as a political accused. In fact, he was facing the corruption cases, he added.
The PTI leader said that there an international scandal, which came to surface mentioning the name of Nawaz Sharif and his children. His entire property is in the name of children who are British nationals. Now, he is doing politics through his daughter in Pakistan, Fawad added.
