NASA’s spaceship finds strange bright spots on dwarf planet

WASHINGTON: National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s spaceship has found strange lights on a dwarf planet.

NASA’s Dawn spacecraft sent some photos of the dwarf planet Ceres, the largest object in the asteroid belt. Scientists were astonished to see a series of very bright spots in the images of Ceres’ surface. Scientists said that the bright spots could be ice or salts.

The true nature of these bright areas will remain a mystery until Dawn can get closer and study the bright spots in more detail in coming months. While some people on social media terming them aliens colonies on the planet.
