Panama Leaks: PM announces judicial commission to probe allegations

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday said that some people were victimizing him and his family for political purposes.

While addressing the Nation, the prime minster announced to establish a judicial commission and asked to prove the allegations before the commission. The judicial commission will be led by a retired Supreme Court judge, said the premier.

In his address he brought the Nation into confidence on Panama Leaks  and refused all the allegations. He told the National about the history of his family business and said that his family business had been victimized by the PPP government and other opponents but his family achieved successes due to hard work and honesty. Nawaz Sharif said that they never betrayed the Nation and never write-off their loans.

He stated that certain individuals are indulged in point scoring and are digging issues from decades ago. Nawaz Sharif invited all the politicians hurling allegations against him and his family to present evidence of any financial wrongdoing before judicial commission.
