KARACHI: Rangers on Thursday arrested 22 suspects including Mutahida Qaumi Movement unit incharge in Liaquat Abad area, said sources.
According to reports, Rangers conducted search and strike operation in Liaquat Abad area and arrested 22 suspects. MQM unit incrhage and joint unit incharge were among those arrested during search operation, said security forces source.
The arrested men were shifted to undisclosed location for interrogations. Meanwhile, one person was killed and two others wounded in a hand grenade attack in Lai area. According to reports, unknown assailants lobbed two hand grenade killing a person and injuring two other as result.
