Misbah becomes oldest player to play at Sri Lankan soil

GALLE: Pakistan skipper Misbah-ul-Haq has become the oldest overseas player to play Test match at Sri Lankan soil.

Misbah achieved this record today when the Green shirts take on Sri Lanka on the third day of 1st Test played at Galle.

Misbah-ul-Haq is currently 41y 20d old while previously England’s Bob Taylor who held the record was 40y 215d.
