A group of Muslims cyclists have left the UK and are riding from London to Makkah to perform Hajj.

The official Hajj Ride is set up to raise money for the suffering in Syria. The ride will cross through eight different countries, stretching over 3500 km within six weeks.

This includes England, France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Greece, Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

The journey will be completed through the performance of the Hajj pilgrimage, the fifth pillar of Islam.

They hope their charity ride will help let the world know the true beauty of Islam and also help raise awareness about the suffering of the Syrian people.
