LAKKI MARWAT: Police foiled a massive terror bid and recovered huge quantity of Rocket Propeller Grenades (RPGs), rockets and safety fuses here on Saturday.
District Police Officer (DPO) Ali Akbar said that the bricks kiln labourers found nine sacks near Wanda Arsla police picket in Pirwala More area of Lakki Marwat.
During search of the sacks the police found 61 RPGs, seven rockets and 63 fuses. Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) was called in which defused the recovered weaponries. The police cordoned off the area after the incident and conducted search operation but no arrest could be made.
