Limitation of Rangers’ excusive powers by Sindh Government has been challenged in the Supreme Court on Monday.
The limitation of authorities were challenged in SC Lahore registry by Barrister Zafarullah on which he stated that Rangers haven’t been given full authority in Sindh as per constitution.
Sindh government limited Rangers’ exclusive powers to save corrupts which is unconstitutional, he added.
He demanded to the court to pass the order completely restoring Ranger exclusive powers in the province.
