Supreme Court of Pakistan has rejected the review petition of Kalabagh Dam saying that petition is against 184 act of continuation.
As per details, Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali conducted the hearing of the review petition of Kalabagh dam.
The Court rejected the petition saying that it is against the conditional act 184.
It is pertinent to mention her that a petition was filed in the court seeking construction of Kalabagh Dam.
