LAHORE: Jamaat-e-Islami General Secretary Ameerul Azeem has said that the party would support the opposition parties in the coming Senate elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Ameerul Azeem said in a video statement that Ijaz Chaudhry of PTI had met him in Mansoora regarding the Senate elections.
He said that the JI’s seat adjustment will be limited to the opposition parties only in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as there our votes could be adjusted.
On the other hand, Senator Ijaz Chaudhry said that Jamaat-e-Islami has announced to be absent in the Senate elections in Sindh and Center.
He added that the meeting with Ameerul Azeem was very fruitful.
