Islamabad: Iraq’s defence minister Jumma Annad Sadun-Ul-Jabori meet with Foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, here on Friday.
Federal minister for defence production was also present in the meeting, The meeting discussed issue of mutual understanding including bilateral relation and regional security.
On this occasion Foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi said the there are deep brotherhood ceremonies between Pakistan and Iraq
He also said that Pakistan gives great importance to its bilateral relations with Iraq and seeks to further strengthen them and Pakistan strongly supports Iraq’s territorial intigrity
Foreign minister stressed the need for exchange of high level delegations to promote bilateral cooperation between Pakistan and Iraq in various fields.
Both leaders pledged to work together for security and stability in the region. The Iraqi Defense Minister appreciated Pakistan’s continued efforts for peace and stability in the region.
