NEW YORK: India will construct settlements in Kashmir similar to those built in Gaza by Israel, an Indian diplomat said here.
India’s Consul General to New York Sandeep Chakravorty claimed this while addressing the Kashmiri Hindus, known as Pandits, and Indian nationals at an event here, according to an Indian media report.
He said that security would improve in the valley and then the refugees (Kashmiri Hindus ) would return to their homes.
