ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday turned down the bail plea of Moazzam Ali Khan, the accused in Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Dr Imran Farooq murder case.
Following the dismissal of his bail from ATC, Moazzam Ali Khan moved to Islamabad High Court.
Dr Imran Farooq was murdered in stab and brick attack near his residence in London on September 16, 2010.
Mohsin Ali Syed, Khalid Shamim and Moazzam Ali are accused in the case.
The court after hearing the case had reserved its decision on June 1 which is announced today.
