ISLAMABAD: An Anti Terrorism Count (ATC) rejected the bail plea of Moazzam Ali, Mohsin Ali Syed and Khalid Shamim in Imran Farooq murder case.
The ATC judge Kausar Abbas Zaidi announced the detailed verdict and extend the judicial remand of the accused.
He said that there were no valid evidences or points in the bail plea. A notification has also been issued for the jail trail of the case in connection with the sensitivity of the case.
