ISLAMABAD: The Iqbal International Institute for Research & Dialogue, International Islamic University Islamabad is holding a seminar/panel discussion on “Current Uprising in Kashmir and the Role of Diaspora” at 11 am here Saturday at National Press Club.
Lord Nazir Ahmad, Arif Kamal Former Ambassador, Mushtaq Minhas Minister for Information of Azad Jammu Kashmir, Hamid Mir Senior Journalist, Dr. Muhammd Masoom Yasinzai Rector IIUI, Dr. Muhammad Bashir VP IIUI and other analysts will address the seminar.
While IRD will also hold Dr. Mumtaz Ahmed memorial lecture on the topic, “The Empire and the Middle East: Political Debates and Security Questions” on Monday at 3:30 pm at Allama Iqbal Auditorium, Faisal Masjid Campus of the university. S. M. Omar Shaukat Assistant Professor at Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi will speak on the occasion.
