KARACHI: Hepatitis patients’ toll has reached to 13 million in Pakistan. While 3.1 million of the Hepatitis patients live in Sindh.
Hepatitis Control Program Provincial Manager Doctor Abdul Khaliq said that at least 1.1 million patients with Hepatitis C and 2 million patients with Hepatitis B live in Sindh. He said that Ghotki, Khairpur, Sanghar and Dado districts were at high risk in Sindh.
He said that majority of Hepatitis patients were reported in the following four districts of Sindh.
