KARACHI: A police sub-inspector (SI) identified as Arshad was shot dead by unidentified gunmen in Karachi’s North Nazimabad area on Sunday.
A police spokesman said that the Inspector General of Police (IGP), A.D. Khawaja, taking notice of the incident, sought a detailed report in this regard from the DIG Karachi West.
The IGP also further instructed that on the basis of evidences collected from the crime scene, the arrest of the assassin be ensured at the earliest.
