Forceful anti-India protest held in valley

SRINAGAR: Forceful anti-India protest demonstrations and rallies, in occupied Kashmir, marked by restrictions continued on the 89th consecutive day, in the territory.

People including women and children defied restrictions and came out of  their houses after Zuhr prayers and held anti-India protests in Srinagar, Kupwara, Baramulla, Bandipora, Pulwama,Kulgam, Shopian, Islamabad and Ganderbal districts,Kashmir Media Service reported.

Hundreds of people were injured when Indian forces used brute force and fired pellets on peaceful protesters. Slogans like “Go India Go Back” and “We Want Freedom” were raised during the protest. Indian troops barged into houses in Bandipora and ransacked household items. They also smashed vehicles of invitees of a marriage function at Elahi Bagh in Srinagar.

Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi Al-Safvi in their statements praised the stand unanimously taken by all political parties and leaders of Pakistan on Jammu and Kashmir.

The illegally detained Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front, Muhammad Yasin Malik in a statement said the anti-Kashmiri sadist mindset of Indian forces had started Mussolini style war tactic of burning down rice and fruit harvests of Kashmiri villagers.
