NOWSHERA: At least five people have been killed and one injured after a mortar shell exploded here at a shop.
Sources said that the incident took place at a scrap shop located in Akbarpura. They said that at least five people were killed and one injured in the explosion. The bodies and the injured were shifted to a nearby hospital.
Those killed were identified as Hidayatullah, Mukaram Khan, Faridullah, Hazrat Ullah and Shafqat.
Police claimed that the incident took place while selling the mortar shell to a customer.
