Federal govt responsible for Sindh power crisis: Murad

KARACHI: Sindh Finance Minister Murad Ali Shah on Tuesday said that the federal government is responsible for prevalent power crisis in Sindh.

In a press conference in Karachi, Shah said that it is natural for people who are bearing power outages to get furious.

He maintained that the Sindh government cannot do anything about K-Electric as only federal government exercises control over the organisation.

It must be noted that a reporter belonging to a private TV channel fainted due to a heatstroke during the press conference.
