Mark Zuckerberg’s social media site Facebook has introduced a French flag filter to go on top of your profile picture in order to show solidarity with the victims of Paris attack which claimed 129 lives and left over 300 injured.

The update says: “Change your profile picture to support France and the people of Paris”, in an effort to show solidarity with the victims of the tragedy.

This comes after the app also re-introduced their safety check system so people in Paris could notify friends and family if they were safe.
