ISLAMABAD: Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) will take up a disqualification reference against Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan on Wednesday.
The reference was filed by Muhammad Talal Chaudhry and six other MNAs seeking disqualification of Imran Khan as Member of the National Assembly (MNA) under Clause (2) of Article 63 of the Constitution.
The ECP served a notice to the PTI chief to appear before it in person or through counsel on November 2 at 10 am at its secretariat in Islamabad in connection with the reference.
