ISLAMABAD: Foreign office spokes person Nafees Zakaria has said drone strikes violated Pakistan’s sovereignty and international laws.
He said a drone-hit vehicle found near Pakistan and Afghanistan border area.Zakaria said the driver was identified as Muhammad Azam and his family had received the body. A passenger Wali Muhammad hired the vehicle from Taftan, who was also killed in the drone attack.
Wali Muhammad was a resident of Killa Abdullah and he interred in Pakistan from Iran through Taftan border on May 21. A passport with Iranian visa recovered from his body. The spokesperson said America informed the attack on May 21. Prime Minister Nawaz and COAS Raheel Sharif were informed about the attack, he added.
