ISLAMABAD: The Drug Regulatory Authority (Drap) has warned citizens not to store paracetamol tablets at home due to shortage of the medicine in the country.
According to Drap, the availability of Paracetamol is under pressure due to unusual demand, adding that international disruption in the supply of raw materials of the medicine is also causing shortage.

According to the report, availability is below normal despite a 13 per cent increase in tablet production.
Drap has appealed to the consumers to avoid over-stocking the medicine at home.
