RAWALPINDI: The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) on Monday apprehended five Afghan nationals during a targeted operation conducted in different areas of Rawalpindi.
As the combing operation continues with success across the country under National Action Plan (NAP) the CTD conducted raids in Civil Lines, Sadiqabad, Airport and Cantonment areas and detained five Afghan nationals.
According to security sources, weapons were recovered from the arrested Afghan nationals.
The arrested suspects were shifted to undisclosed place for further interrogation.
