ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training will have a meet of the provincial education ministers today to debate whether the prevalent Covid situation warrants the closure of schools in the country.
Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training Shafqat Mehmood will chair the meeting to be held at 11am today.

The meeting will deliberate on a number of issues including the prevalent Covid situation in the country with respect to educational institutions.
During the meeting of the provincial education ministers, interprovincial consultation for timely provision of quality textbooks in the academic year 2022 and interprovincial coordination regarding the timely provision of NOCs for textbooks will also discussed.
