Emergency services have retrieved bodies of 50 Palestinians from a mass grave at the Khan Younis’s Nasser Medical Complex.

Local media said the Israeli forces had withdrawn from the area two weeks ago.

The Palestinian Civil Defence Administration said, in a statement, that their teams in the Khan Younis Governorate recovered bodies of 50 Gazans martyred and buried by occupation forces at Nasser Hospital.

It said that their rescue teams continue their search operations for the remaining martyrs in the coming days.

The bodies recovered after the Israeli troops withdrew from the area on April 7.

Most of the city areas have now turned into ruins after months of relentless Israeli bombardment and heavy fighting.

Since October 7, Israeli attacks have left at least 34,049 Palestinians martyred and 76,901 wounded.
