ATC sentenced four accused to life imprisonment after being found guilty in the Ali Raza Abidi murder case and also imposed a fine of Rs100,000 each.
The court admitted the case against the absconding accused Muhammad Farooq, Hasnain and Ghulam Murtaza alias Kali Charan and said that the accused should be produced before the court whenever they are caught.
A case was registered against the accused under the provisions of the Terrorism Act and murder at the Gizri police station.
It should be noted that 46-year-old former member of National Assembly Ali Raza Abidi was shot dead outside his house in Defense area of Karachi on December 15, 2018.
