ISLAMABAD: The Imam-i-Kaaba, Sheikh Abdul Rehman Al-Sudais, has accepted Prime Minister Imran Khan’s invitation to visit Pakistan.
According to a statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office, Imam of Ka’bah Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais along with a group of other Imams of Masjid-ul-Haram had met Prime Minister Imran Khan. Other members of the group include Sheikh Sharib, Sheikh Saad Shatri and Sheikh Saleh Hameed.

During the meeting, the prime minister appreciated the arrangements made for the Hajj under SOPs in view of the coronavirus epidemic and commended the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for providing the best facilities to the pilgrims.
Imran also paid tribute to King Salman bin Abdul Aziz for providing state-of-the-art facilities to the pilgrims.
