Karachi: Alkhidmat affiliates participated in a refresher session arranged under 3rd Pakistan Sourcing Summit 2021 to deal with situation under prevailing coronavirus endemic by The Recruiters at Karachi Schools of Business Leadership.
During session speakers highlighted the issues of downsizing, economic stress, information on safety rules, working at homes and provisions of better hygiene environment in backdrop of covid-19 conditions. Group discussion on digitalisation was also held.
Director Brotherhood Alkhidmat, Yousuf Mohiuddin informed participants on welfare body’s endeavours in fields of providing shelter and cash assistance to orphan children, potable water supply, health and education facilities to needy besides disaster management services.
He told that under Alkhidmat 43 freshwater plants are working in parts of city, interest free loans upto Rs 50,000 each to needy for sustaining small businesses, hearse service, hospital and clinic facilities, corona test facility at Coronalogy Laboratory, 72 seminaries and 5 Iqra schools are added facilities being provided to needy.
He said we need philanthropists to run our social welfare body and people have trust in us in this connection. He congratulated organisers for holding such an informative session for stakeholders. Sarfraz Sheikh and Fareed Ahmad were among participants attended session.
