RAWALPINDI: Punjab Health Minister Dr Yasmeen Rashid has said that the increase in coronavirus cases would lead to lockdown.
Speaking to the media here on Saturday, the provincial minister hinted at imposing a lockdown if the coronavirus cases continue to increase.
She said that the economy would badly hit due to the lockdown if imposed.
“Trial of Chinese vaccine is going on in Pakistan and its results will emerge during the next two months, she added.
She claimed that China would provide Pakistan sufficient quantity of the vaccine upon its trial success.
