Karate training organised in Quetta


QUETTA: Karate training was organized by the Japan Karate Association (JKA), Balochistan, after the government announced to resume sports activities across the country after the coronavirus pandemic.

JKA Balochistan’s karate training camp is going on with great enthusiasm at Tajai Khan Sports Complex.

Hussain Ali Chingizi, the Secretary General Sensei Abdullah Chingizi and Karate Worker Khadim Hussain Hazara trained the youths with the latest techniques of self-defense.

In the evening training session, Sensei Hussain Ali Chingizi imparts advanced training in karate to the young generation. He said that Pakistani girls must learn martial arts, in the current situation.

Karate training must be given to achieve physical fitness and increase immunity.He further said that by cultivating sports culture in Pakistan to attract young generation towards healthy activities and save them from frustration and made them mentally and physically strong to make them much better useful for citizens and the society.It should be the most important mission of our lives. Khadim Hussain Hazara ,a karate coach said ” when sports fields are established in the country, hospitals will be deserted, while sports will also increase love and patriotism in the youth for Pakistan.”

The faces of the players are also happy with the resumption.
