DSP shot dead in Peshawar


PESHAWAR: Unidentified gunmen on Wednesday shot dead Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Bahadur Khan in Peshawar, police said.

According to the police, the DSP was in his vehicle when assailants on motorbike opened indiscriminate firing  on his vehicle near Gulbahar round about in capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).

He was critically injured in the attack and was immediately shifted to nearby hospital where he succumbed to injuries.

The deceased DSP was posted in anti terrorism department.
