PTI postpones Lahore rally till tomorrow

JI and PTI chiefs leading the joint rally in Karachi

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has announced to postpone today’s rally in Lahore till tomorrow.

While holding a press conference in Lahore, PTI leader Hamad Azhar said that he has just spoken with Imran Khan, PTI has postponed the rally.

Hamad Azhar said that the rally can be held tomorrow or later, we want peaceful elections and peaceful transfer of power, let the rulers open the way to the city.

He said that we were put against the wall but we did not leave the path of the constitution and the law.

Speaking to the media outside Zaman Park, Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that the implementation of Article 144 is only for Tehreek-e-Insaaf, they want riots and we want elections, they want bloodshed and we want a peaceful rally. He did not lose patience. Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that we have postponed today’s rally till tomorrow, the government says that Section 144 has been imposed because of PSL, we are getting ready to gather again tonight.
