Rescue operation to continue till last tourist is shifted to safer place: Pak Army

MURREE: The Commanding Officer of Murre Division, Major General Wajid Aziz has said that the rescue operation would continue until the last tourist is shifted to a safe place.

Talking to the media on Saturday, he said that the army relief and rescue operation had begun since last night. Military police personnel alongside with the civil administration were handling traffic.

Major General Wajid Aziz said that last night the Army Chief had instructed to cooperate fully without waiting for orders.

He said that the Pak Army had established two camps last night – one at the Army School of Logistics while the other at Sunni Bank.
