Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Usman Bazdar has said that if the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) summons him he is ready to appear even 10 times before it.

Talking to media in Lahore on Sunday, Usman Bazdar said that we will plant 700,000 saplings in Lahore and 700,000 saplings in Ravi Development Authority.

He said that he has always abided by the law, handling all matters according to rules and regulations.

The chief minister said that had appeared before the Supreme Court, Lahore High Court and Islamabad High Court, so he will also appear before the NAB.

He said that since he came in the government, there has been systematic propaganda against us. Punjab is a big province. He could not say that everything is fine but it is our duty to take action wherever there are problems.

The chief minister further said that thousands of files are being processed daily and not every file comes to the Chief Minister’s House. If our hands are clean, then we need not be afraid.

On the other hand, Punjab Governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar said that calling anyone in NAB does not mean that he is guilty.
