JI activist injured in Kashmir rally dies at hospital

Karachi: Rafiq Tanoli, a Jamaat-e-Islami activist who was seriously injured in yesterday’s bomb attack at a Kashmir rally in Karachi, succumbed to his injuries at a hospital.

According to Jamaat-e-Islami spokesman,  Rafiq Tanoli, the Nazim of Quaidabad, who was injured in the cracker attack of Baitul Mukarram Mosque yesterday, embraced martyrdom at a private hospital while undergoing treatment today.

After the blast, Rafiq Tanoli was rushed to Liaquat National Hospital in critical condition where he was shifted to IUC after the operation and today he succumbed to his injuries.

Local police also confirmed the death of Rafiq Tanoli, saying that the man who was injured in the blast died at a private hospital.
