Sirajul Haq asks establishment to restore its neutral role

LAHORE: Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Senator Sirajul Haq on Sunday asked the establishment to restore its neutral role as its prosperity and sanctity lied in the impartial role.

Addressing a presser after a meeting of the executive council here at Mansoora, the JI chief said that the establishment has a neutral in the democratic governments. The establishment affects on elections in our country. Everywhere it is discussed and fingers are raised.

Sirajul Haq said that the establishment should think of improving its impression of being impartial rather than linking itself to a specific party.

He said that strengthening the army is a need of Pakistan. To counter the enemy, armed forces and the nation should be on the same page. The entire nation loves the armed forces, he added.

About the construction of a new temple, the JI chief said that fives temples are already exist in Islamabad. These five temples should be restored.

He said that the government formed under the supervision of establishment could not deliver.
