Karachi: Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has termed the July 5, 1977 as a Balck Day in the country’s history.

In his message on Sunday, he said that on July 5, 1977 the Constitution was suspended and elected prime minister Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was deposed.

Bilawal said that the PPP had laid down countless sacrifices for the Constitution and democracy. However, the democracy is still in the initial phase of nurturing.

He said that the government was limiting the space for the implementation of provincial autonomy.
