KARACHI: The Free and Fair Election Network (FAFEN) has reported 143 incidents of violation of election rules in the Karachi’s NA-249 by-elections.
In its report, FAFEN said that it was found that 58 violations were related to voting and counting while in 11 cases the voter was prevented from voting and sent back.
According to the report, about 40 per cent of the people were partially satisfied with the voting while others were completely satisfied, while in two cases unrelated people went behind the voter screen.
