12 persons killed during air strikes in Yemen

SANA`A: At least 12 persons were killed and various sustained injuries following intense air strikes carried out by Saudi Arabia-led coalition forces in different parts of war-torn Yemen, foreign news agency reported.

Severe food and medicine shortage hit amid war crisis in various cities of Sana’a due to intense aerial attacks by coalition forces despite announcement of suspending air operations against Houthi rebels.

Clashes were underway between local tribes and Houthi rebels in Aden city while no casualty was reported as yet.

Iran recommended commencement of negotiation process on neutral venue organised under flag of United Nations (UN) to resolve Yemen crises. Iranian Foreign Minister said that the negotiation phase should be started on neutral spot instead of United Arab Emirates (UAE) as the sheikhdoms was a part of coalition forces in Yemen war.
