چودہ سو سال پہلے عرب کے قبائلی معاشرے میں عمر کے چالیس برس گذارنے والے امی ( غیر پڑھے )فرد کے قلب پر وحی کا نزول ہوتا ہے اور وہ رہتی دنیا کے لیے معلم اعظم بن جاتے ہیں ۔آپ ﷺ نوید مسیحا اور دعاۓ خلیل ہیں ۔ابراہیم ؑ،بیت اللہ کی دیواریں اٹھاتے ہوئے دعا کرتے ہیں۔
“اے رب ان لوگوں میں خود انہی کی قوم سے ایک ایسا رسول اٹھائیے جو انھیں تیری آیات سنائے ،ان کو کتاب اور حکمت کی تعلیم دےاور ان کی زندگیاں سنوارے ” البقرہ 129
لفظ اقرا سے نبوت کا آغاز ہوا۔آپﷺ کی ذات تمام انسانوں کے لیے نمونہ قرار پائی۔آپ ﷺنے “انما بعثت معلما””مجھے معلم بنا کر بھیجا گیاہے”
کے ذریعے اپنا مقام واضح کر دیا۔
اتر کر حرا سے سوئے قوم آیا اوراک نسخہ کیمیا ساتھ لایا
تہذیب و تمدن سے عاری انسانوں کو زیور تعلیم سے آراستہ صبر آزما کام تھا۔ مگر آپ ﷺ نے تعلیم کے جو اصول ،تکنیک استعمال کیے وہ آج بھی عین حق ہیں ۔ جن کے بنا سیکھنے سکھانے کا عمل مکمل نہیں ہوتا۔ آپ ﷺ بحیثیت معلم درج ذیل نکات پر عمل پیرا رہے۔
مقصد کی لگن :
ایک معلم کا بلندمقصد ہمیشہ اس کے مطمح نظر رہتا ہے ۔”اللہ کی زمین پر اللہ کا نظام قائم کر نا ” اس عظیم مقصد کے لئے غار حرا سے اتر تے ہی آپ ﷺ ہمہ تن مصروف عمل ہوگئے۔ پہلے گھر اور خاندان کودعوت دی پھر قبیلہ کو متوجہ کیا ۔ دور نبوت کا ہر لمحہ گواہ ہے کہ آپ اپنے مقصد میں کبھی مصلحت یا مداہنت کا شکار نہیں ہوئے قران میں اس کیفیت کی تصویر کشی ہے ۔
” کہ دو کہ اے کافروں میں ان کی عبادت نہیں کرتا جن کی عبادت تم کرتے ہو، نہ تم اس کی عبادت کرنے والے ہو جس کی عبادت میں کرتا ہوں اور نہ میں ان کی عبادت کرنے والا ہوں جن کی عبادت تم نے کی ہے اور نہ تم اس کی عبادت کرنے والے ہو جس کی عبادت میں کرتا ہوں، تمھارے لیئے تمھارا دین اور میرے لیے میرا دین” سورہ الکافرون
لوگوں کا مذاق سہا،گالیاں سنیں ،پتھر کھائے،شعب ابی طالب کی گھاٹی میں محصور کیے گئے ،حتی کہ اپنے محبوب شہر مکہ سے ہجرت پر مجبور ہوئے۔ دنیا وی ترغیبات ،تخت وتاج پیش کیے گئے جن کو آپﷺ نے ٹھکرا دیا مگر مقصد سے ایک لمحہ کو بھی غافل نہ ہوئے ۔
درد مندی :
انسانوں کو انسانوں کی غلامی سے نجات دلا کررب واحد کی بندگی پر آمادہ کرنے کے لیے آپ ﷺ پیغمبرانہ صفت دلسوزی اور تڑپ سے مزین تھے۔اپنی قوم کو گمراہی سے نکالنے کے لیے شب و روز دل گداز کیفیت میں گذارتے رہے۔
حدیث میں ہے ” میری اور تم لوگوں کی مثال اس شخص کی سی ہے جس نے آگ جلائی روشنی کے لیے مگر پروانے ہیں کہ اس پر ٹوٹے پڑتے ہیں جل جانے کے لیے ۔وہ کوشش کرتا ہے کہ یہ کسی طرح آگ سے بچیں مگر پروانے اسکی ایک نہیں چلنے دیتے ۔ایسا ہی حال میرا ہے کہ میں تمہیں دامن پکڑ پکڑ کر تمہیں کھینچ رہا ہوں اور تم ہو کہ آگ میں گر ے پڑ تے ہو ۔ (بخاری ، مسلم )
رات بھر اپنی امت کے لیے دعائیں مانگتے تھے۔ طائف میں آپﷺ پر پتھر برسائے گئے اور آپ ﷺکی جوتیاں خون سے بھر گئیں۔
وہ ابر لطف جس کے سائے کو گلشن ترستے تھے طا ئف میں اس کے جسم پر پتھر برستے تھے
حضرت جبرئیل ؑ اس مقصد سے آئے کہ ان پہاڑوں کے درمیان بستی کوکچل دیاجائے مگر آپ ﷺنے بدلہ لینا گوارا نہ کیا کہ شاید یہ ایمان لے آئیں ۔ ایک معلم کی دلسوزی اپنے کمال پر نظر آتی ہے ۔سورہ الکہف کی آیت نمبر6آپ ﷺکی کیفیت کو ظاہر کرتی ہے ۔
” اچھا تو اے نبیﷺ شاید تم ان کے پیچھے غم کے مارے اپنی جان کھو دینے والے ہو اگر یہ اس تعلیم پر ایمان نہ لائے۔”
ابلاغ پر عبور:
مؤثر ابلاغ کی مہارت آپﷺ میں بدرجہ کمال موجود تھی۔ آپﷺکی گفتگو اول سے آخر تک نہایت صاف ہوتی،کلام جامع فرماتے تھے جس کے الفاظ مختصر مگر پراثر ہوتے تھے۔ حضرت ام معبد کی روایت ہے کے آپ ﷺ شیریں کلام اور واضح بیان تھے۔ نہ کم گو تھے اور نہ زیادہ گو تھے،آپﷺکی گفتگو ایسی تھی کے جیسے موتی کے دانے پرو دیے گئے ہوں۔حضرت عائشہ کی روایت کے مطابق آپﷺکے کلمات میں فصاحت وبلاغت جھلکتی تھی۔آپ ﷺ تبلیغ کی حکمت سے مالامال تھے۔ اگر کوئی آپ ﷺ کے الفاظ شمار کرنا چاہتا تو کر سکتا ۔آپ ﷺکی گفتگو عام وگوں کی طرح جلدی جلدی نہیں ہوتی بلکہ صاف صاف ہر مضمون دوسرے مضمون سے ممتاز ہوتا تھا۔ پاس بیٹھنے والے اچھی طرح سے ذہن نشین کر لیتے ۔حضرت انس فرماتے ہیں کے آپﷺ بعض مرتبہ کلام کو حسب ضرورت تین تین بار دہراتے تاکہ مخاطبین آپﷺ کے الفاظ کو اچھی طرح سمجھ لیں ۔ جس بات کا تفصیل سے ذکر کرنا تہذیب سے گرا ہوا ہوتا تو اس کو حضور اکرمﷺ کنایہ میں بیان کرتے ۔ بات کرتے وقت آپﷺ مسکراتے اور نہایت خندہ پیشانی سے گفتگو فرماتے۔آپﷺ کا فرمان تھا
” آسانیاں بہم پہنچاؤمشکلات میں نہ ڈالو “
آپﷺ صحابہ کی کسی مجلس میں تشریف لاتے ہی تعلیم کا آغازنہیں کر دیتے بلکہ جو گفتگو چل رہی ہوتی اس میں شامل ہوجاتے یا ان کی توجہ مبذول کراتے پھر تعلیم کا سلسلہ شروع کرتے ۔اصول آمادگی کو مد نظر رکھتے،لیکچر یا خطبے کا طریقہ اختیار کرتے وقت آپﷺ بہت لمبے لیکچر نہیں دیا کرتے تھے ۔طلبہ سے سوال جواب کیا کرتے تھے،تاکہ سامعین کی توجہ برقرار رہے بلکہ کبھی کبھی آغاز ہی سوال جواب سے کرتے تھے۔سبق کو دلچسپ بنانے کے لیے آپﷺ قصے ،کہانیں بھی سنایا کرتے تھے ۔ مظاہراتی طریقہ کی مثال آپﷺ نےدین کے اعمال مثلا وضو،نماز، حج اور اس کے مناسک وغیرہ اسی طرح سکھاۓ ۔ مثالیں ، تشبیہات،وغیرہ کا استعمال بھی آپﷺ کی طریقہ تدریس میں بکثرت نظر آتا ہے ۔
آپﷺ نے دوران تدریس ذہنی مشق کا طریقہ استعمال کروایا۔تصوراتی نقشہ کے استعمال کے ذریعے ذیلی نکات کی وضاحت فرمائی۔اس سلسلے میں مشہور حدیث ہے کہ آپﷺ نے ایک لکیر کھینچی کہ یہ سیدھا راستہ ہےاور یہ اللہ کی طرف جاتا ہے، اسی طرح آپﷺ نے مزیدلکیریں کھینچیں اور فرمایا یہ شیطان کے راستے ہیں۔
مربیانہ مز اج:
مثالی معلم نرم مزاج، خوش اخلاق اور رقیق القلب ہونا چاہیے۔آپﷺ نے نرم خوئی سے درشت مزاج مشرکین کو زیر کیا۔ جس کی گواہی قرآن یوں دیتا ہے۔
” اےپیغمبر ﷺ یہ اللہ کی بڑی رحمت ہے کے تم ان لوگوں کے لیے نرم مزاج واقع ہوۓ ہو ورنہ اگر کہیں تم تند خو اور سنگدل ہوتے تو یہ سب تمھارے گرد و پیش سے چھٹ جاتے ۔آل عمران 159
مختلف مزاج کے افراد کی تربیت میں انسانی نفسیات کا خیال رکھتے۔ سوال پوچھنے والے کے ظرف اور وسعت کے مطابق جواب دیتے۔ موقع کے لحاظ سے خوشخبری اور وعید سناتے۔ اہل وعیال ،پڑوسی ، ساتھی ، غلام حتٰی کہ دشمن بھی آپ ﷺسے رہنمائی لیتے۔ عملی سر گر میوں کے انداز میں مسجد اور مدرسے کے علاوہ آپ ﷺ نے سفر و حضر کے مختلف مواقعوں پر بھی صحابہ کی تر بیت کا موقع ہاتھ سے جانے نہ دیا ۔رول پلے کے طریقہ میں حضرت جبرائیل ؑ کا واقعہ قابل ذکر ہے جب وہ ایک شخص کے روپ میں آکر سوال جواب کے ذریعے تعلیم دیتے ہیں ۔
فرد سے تعلق:
تعلیم انفرادی تعلق کے بغیر ادھوری ہے۔صحابہ میں سے ہر فرد ہی سمجھتا کہ آپ ﷺ اس کے بہترین رفیق ہیں مجبور، مظلوم انسانوں کی عزت نفس کی بحالی آپ ﷺ کا کار نامہ ہے۔ اپنے قریبی افراد کو ان کا نام لے کر مخا طب کرتے مثلا اے عائشہ،اے ابوذر وغیرہ۔یہ انداز گفتگو معلم اور شاگرد ( صحابہ ) کے درمیان یقینا اپنائیت اور تعلق کی بہترین مثال ہے۔ آپ ﷺ صحابہ کے ہمراہ ایسے مفید کھیل کھیلتے جس سے جسم مضبوط اور مجاہدانہ زندگی کی تر بیت ہو سکے۔آپ ﷺ لطائف اور خوش طبعی کے ذریعے بھی تعلیم دیاکرتے تھے۔
قول وفعل میں ہم آہنگی:
ایک معلم شاگردوں کےلیے رول ماڈل ہوتا ہے۔آپﷺکے قول وفعل میں زبردست ہم آہنگی تھی۔آپﷺ اخلاق کے بلند ترین درجے پر فائز تھے۔عرب میں امین اور صادق کے نام سے پہچانے جاتے تھے۔دشمن تک آپﷺ کے کردار کی گواہی دیتے تھے۔آپ ﷺکی حیات طیبہ میں تضاد کہیں نہیں پایا جاتا ۔الغرض آپ ﷺ کی شخصیت انسانیت کے لیے مشعل راہ ہے۔ پیارے نبی ﷺ جن خصوصیات کے حامل تھے دور حاضر میں معلم کو ان صفات سے خود کو مزین کرنا ہو گا تب جہاں میں اجالا ہوگا۔
